Driving and faciliating changes in an organisation can be a tedious task but necessary. Change management helps employees understand, accept and commit to changes in their current environment. Change management also helps ease organisational transition. Changes have to be managed properly and this course will help you equip the knowledge and skills to do so. Workshop Description Using the ideas of identified opportunities identified from Turning Ideas into Gold class, participants will learn how to drive and facilitate change management processes within the organisation which includes innovation and continuous improvement.

Course Deliveries

Knowledge At the end of the workshop, the participant will know about: Legal, ethical considerations and organisational policies and procedures relating to change management Professional or industry codes of practice and standards relating to change management Key concepts and importance of a learning organisation in relation to organisational change Theories and principles of change management Types and characteristics of positive and negative risks Abilities At the end of the workshop, the participant will be able to: Implement change strategies and processes Identify systems and behaviours that may support or limit implementation activities Plan for predictable consequences of change by applying systems thinking Analyse data and feedback to establish trends and identify actions and resources required to ensure change processes generate required benefits Identify opportunities for growth or improvement based on current achievements Develop and review systems to share learnings from change implementation processes to guide future actions for improvement Address individual needs of team leaders impacted by change management


2 Full-Day 16 Hours


Eligibility: Minimum 16 years old (Course Fee Support is only applicable to trainees aged 21 years and above) Primary PSLE Must be able to speak, read and write in English and demonstrate competency at Level 3 for Employability Skills (ES) WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy




  1. Singaporean & PR aged 21 and above = 70% funding.

  2. Singaporeans only (not PR) aged 40 and above = 90% funding.

  3. Singaporeans aged 35-39 with WSS letter = 70% funding.

Company-Sponsored (till end of 2020)

  1. Singaporeans & PRs aged 21 years and above are allowed 90% funding.

  2. Absentee Payroll applies for company sponsored up to $10/training hour. Please use Absentee Payroll calculator provided by SSG to calculate the absentee payroll for your employee.
