CREATING BUSINESS PLAN WITH IMPACT (WSQ COURSE)
Yes, we heard many times, if one fails to plan, he plans to fail. But no one tell us really how to plan correctly. In this highly practical 2-day course, we share with you how to develop an excellent business plan. There is a good blend of mini-lectures, plan preparation examples and discussions which gets you to write your actual plan with an impact.
Workshop Description: Failing to plan is planning to fail. As we embark on our entrepreneurial or business journey, we have many elements in our business that we need to think of, to manage and to deploy. In order for the various business elements to function seamlessly, efficiently and effectively, we need a great plan. Purpose: To equip the learners with knowledge and skills of business planning To guide the learners to plan for their business
At the end of the workshop, the learners should be able to: Interpret business plan outline and objectives of their business plan Identify and extract necessary information from relevant sources for inputs into their business plan Draft business plan in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Present draft business plan to relevant stakeholders for endorsement. Learners should know about the following topics: Business plan outline Executive summary Organizational description Market analysis SWOT Analysis Products /services Strategies and implementation Management Financial Resources Objectives and components of business plan Organizational objectives Relevant stakeholders to consider Linkage between business plans and organizational objectives

Eligibility: Minimum 16 years old (Course Fee Support is only applicable to trainees aged 21 years and above) Primary PSLE Must be able to speak, read and write in English and demonstrate competency at Level 3 for Employability Skills (ES) WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy
Singaporean & PR aged 21 and above = 70% funding.
Singaporeans only (not PR) aged 40 and above = 90% funding.
Singaporeans aged 35-39 with WSS letter = 70% funding.
Company-Sponsored (till end of 2020)
Singaporeans & PRs aged 21 years and above are allowed 90% funding.
Absentee Payroll applies for company sponsored up to $10/training hour. Please use Absentee Payroll calculator provided by SSG to calculate the absentee payroll for your employee.
